Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our personalised and custom printing services, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and processed. Each order is unique and created specifically for you, making it difficult to resell or reuse the products.
Refund Policy: As a general rule, we do not offer refunds unless there are specific circumstances outlined below:
a. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a refund or replacement.
b. Errors on Our Part: In the event that we make an error in processing your order, resulting in incorrect specifications, colours, or other details, we will gladly issue a refund or reproduce the order at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy: Orders via JustPrintEm are processed immediately to ensure quick turnaround times. Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Personalised and Custom Items: Since our products are personalised and custom-made based on your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they fall under the defective or damaged categories mentioned above.
Contacting Customer Service: If you believe your order is eligible for a refund or replacement based on the criteria outlined in this policy, please contact our customer service team on our contact us page. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any necessary documentation to expedite the process.
Customer Product Printing and Care Instructions Policy: At Just Print Em, we offer high-quality printing services on your products; however, we want to clarify the following terms to ensure transparency:
a. No Wash/Dry Instructions Provided: As we do not have control over the specific materials and manufacturing processes of your products, we are unable to provide wash or dry care instructions. We cannot guarantee the outcome of the product after washing or drying.
b. Product Recommendations: For optimal results, we highly recommend using 100% cotton items for printing. Based on our experience, lower-quality or non-cotton fabrics may not deliver the desired results or longevity.
c. No Refunds or Liability: Due to the nature of custom printing and the inability to test your product, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Furthermore, we accept no liability for the final result or how the printed product performs after washing or general use.
By proceeding with our services via website, Instagram and/or facebook, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you understand and accept the limitations of our printing process.
Policy Changes: JustPrintEm reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.

Shipping and Delivery Terms
Shipping Method: We offer two shipping options via Royal Mail: 1st Class and 2nd Class. Upon checkout, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to prove item has been posted and to confirm when delivery has been made.
Delivery Times: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that we have no control over the delivery times once the parcel has been dispatched. The delivery times are subject to Royal Mail’s operational processes and may vary depending on your location, time of year, and other factors.
No Refunds for Delayed Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, including Royal Mail. As such, we cannot process refunds or offer compensation for items that do not arrive within the expected timeframe.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in raising a claim with Royal Mail, but please note that we cannot offer refunds for delays or items that do not arrive within a specified timeframe.
